Ingredients
- 1 egg or 3/4 cup liquid egg
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 tbsp. Splenda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup non-fat sugar free fruit yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 4 slices stone-ground whole wheat bread
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
In shallow dish, whisk together egg, milk, Splenda, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Dip each slice of bread into egg, making sure to coat both sides. Brush oil onto non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook about 4 mins., turning once or until golden brown. Serve with strawberries and yogurt.
