Minute Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp tapioca
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg, sugar, salt, milk and tapioca.in saucepan.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil.
(Pudding will thicken as it cools.)
Remove from heat
Stir in vanilla. Stir once more after 20 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
