Ingredients
- Salad ingredients:
- 1 head cabbage (8 cups) cut thin crosswise
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 ounce pkg slivered almonds
- 3 oz dry oriental low fat ramen noodles, crumbled
- 1 TB sesame seeds
- Dressing ingredients:
- 1/3 c vinegar
- ½ c sugar
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 2 TB soy sauce
- ¼ c chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Brown almonds, ramen noodles and sesame seeds in 1 tsp. canola oil. Put aside in bag or container. Boil dressing ingredients for 1 minute. Cool. Shake/stir before using. Put the dressing and the salad items together just before eating.
