Seafood Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tab. fresh horseradish Or
  • 2 tab. finely grated fresh horseradish, plus 1/8 teas. salt
  • 1 tab. lemon juice
  • 1/2 teas. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teas. hot red pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire and pepper sauce until mixed. Transfer sauce to jar or storage container; cover and refrigerated. Keeps up to 1 week. Just before serving, spoon sauce into serving glass and serve with cooked shrimp.
