Ingredients
- BBQ Sauce:
- 3 lbs pork back ribs
- 4 tsp mesquite or Cajun seasonig
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Line slow cooker with foil.
Cut ribs into 2 rib portions. In small bowl combine seasoning, salt and pepper and rub over ribs. Broil until browned-about 5 minutes per side.
Sauce: in bowl, whisk together ketchup, vinegar, sugar and Worchestershire sauce. Pour over ribs and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on low until tender, about 6 hours.
