Ingredients
- Rub:
- 8 oz Mahi Mahi fillets
- Corn tortillas
- Allegro Hot & Spicy marinade
- Chipotle powder
- Ancho Chile Powder
- Ground cumin
- Chile powder
- Cayenne powder
- Blackening seasoning
- hickory smoke powder
- Coarse pepper
- Salt
- Adobo seasoning
- Garnish:
- Shredded lettuce
- Red onion
- Black olives
- Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- Refried beans
- Tomatoes
- Salsa

Step 1
Place Mahi Mahi and Allegro marinade in a Ziplock bag 12 -24 hours before cooking and place in fridge.
Mix spices together as desired for rub.
Remove Mahi Mahi from fridge, rub liberally with spice mixture and let stand until fish reaches room temperature.
Either cook on oiled grill at high heat or on a slightly oiled frying pan. Roughly 8 minutes per side.
Cook corn tortillas on a dry skillet.
Slice lengthwise into 1/2 inch wide strips.
Serve in warm tortillas and garnish as desired.
