Ingredients
- 2 c. sliced strawberries
- 2 qt. sauteme or Rhine wine
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 btl. champagne, chilled
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle sugar over strawberries Add sauteme and let steep overnight, or 4 hours (at least). Strain out fruit. Pour in champagne Serve in wine glasses. Yield: 6 servings.
