Peanut butter Tandy cake

Ingredients

  • Group 1:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash salt
  • Group 2:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • Topping
  • 1- 8oz Hershey bar
  • 1 medium jar of peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together all ingredients from group 1.
Alternately add the ingredients from group 2.

Grease and flour a large cookie sheet. Pour batter into cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.

Spread peanut butter on cake while warm. Refrigerate until peanut butter is firm.

Melt Hershey bar and oil . Quickly spread on top of peanut butter. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard. Cut into small squares and serve.
