Tex Mex Casserole

- 1-1/2 pound hamburger meat
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 pound or 16 oz multi-shaped pasta
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can ranch-style beans (undrained)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 medium size block of cheese
Brown the ground meat with the onion. Drain fat & add the cooked pasta, corn, beans, & tomatoes.
Melt the cheese & pour over the mixture, tossing to cover.
