Roasted Asparagus

  • 2 lb fresh asparagus (1 kg)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup chopped fresh dill
  • Freshly ground pepper



Step 1

Place trimmed, well-rinsed asparagus on a piece of foil large enough to hold all of it in a single layer and to fold over and seal. Sprinkle asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice and dill. Season with pepper. Wrap foil around asparagus snugly but not tightly and tightly seal by folding edges. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of asparagus.
