THICK YEAST PIZZA CRUST

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 425 degrees

1. Place yeast into large bowl.
2. Add water checking temp
3. Mix flour, salt and oil to yeast and water.
4. Knead mixture on lightly floured surface until it forms a smooth ball.
5. Place in greased bowl:turn once to grease surface.
6. Cover and place in a warm place about 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Grease baking pan; roll out dough.
8. Pierce with fork bake 7 minutes
9. Place toppings and Bake 15 minutes
