Ingredients
- 2 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dips
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 to 6 ounces of beer
Preparation
Step 1
1. Warm cream cheese to room temperature
2. In large bowl add cream cheese, mix with hand mixer.
3. Add sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch Dip powder, mix with mixer.
4. Fold in shredded cheese.
5. Add beer to desired consistency.
6. Refrigerated overnight.
