Ingredients
- 1 16 ounces pasta small rings or shells
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 bag Cole slaw mix
- green onions
- 1/2 jar Jimmy's cole slaw dressing
- sweet paprika to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta to package directions
2. Cool pasta.
3. In a large container chop cucumber, green pepper, green onions, and add 1/2 bag of cole slaw mix.
4. When pasta is cool, mix in with veggies.
5. Add 1/2 jar of Cole slaw dressing.
6. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
