SPRING SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounces pasta small rings or shells
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 bag Cole slaw mix
  • green onions
  • 1/2 jar Jimmy's cole slaw dressing
  • sweet paprika to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta to package directions

2. Cool pasta.

3. In a large container chop cucumber, green pepper, green onions, and add 1/2 bag of cole slaw mix.

4. When pasta is cool, mix in with veggies.

5. Add 1/2 jar of Cole slaw dressing.

6. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
