Ingredients

  • 1-½ lb. halibut steaks, about ¾ inch thick
  • 500ml Tomato Salsa Sauce
  • 1/3 cup finely diced cucumber
  • 1/3 cup finely diced sweet red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. finely diced red onion
  • 1 small ripe tomato, finely diced
  • 2 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh coriander (optional)
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • ½ tsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
