Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, red
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, green
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper
  • 1 large onion

Preparation

Step 1

Grind pepper and onion. Squeeze juice and throw away. Measure pepper. Mix 6 cups sugar, 1 ½ cups vinegar. Let come to boil. Add one 6 ounce bottle Certo and peppers. Boil for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into jars and seal.
