Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 small egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1tsp salt
- 1/4 teas baking soda
- pinch nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
cream butter and sugars
add peanut butter
mix in egg
combine dry ingredients
shape into balls
flatten with a fork
sprinkle with granulated sugar
bake at 350 degrees until set
