Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1/4 lb. sliced prosciutto (Italian ham)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the melon in half; scoop out seeds. Cut each half into 6 lengthwise wedges. Remove outside rind.

Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each melon slice.

For a party platter, cut melon into bite-sized pieces and wrap with proscuitto. Secure with toothpicks.
