Ingredients
- 1 jar Spaghetti sauce
- 12 oz Diced tomatoes
- 8 oz. Tomato paste
- 1 pckg Cooked spaghetti or rotini
- 2 Halved chicken breasts
- 1 cup Dried bread crumbs
- ¾ cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ tsp Dried oregano, crushed
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove Minced garlic
- 1 med Onion
- 1 Green pepper

In a large sauce pan sauté garlic, onion, and green pepper till almost tender, add spaghetti sauce, drained diced tomatos, paste, and a couple bay leaves, simmer for 30-60 min.
Cut chicken breast into ½” slices or chunks, in a shallow dish stir together the parmesan, oregano, and bread crumbs, in a second dish stir together 1 egg and 2 tbsp milk, dip chicken in liquid then coat with bread crumb mix, cook in hot oil until golden.
Layer rotini, chicken and sauce in a baking dish top off with mozzarella and sauce place in oven for 30-45 min.
