Ingredients

  • 1 jar Spaghetti sauce

  • 12 oz Diced tomatoes

  • 8 oz. Tomato paste

  • 1 pckg Cooked spaghetti or rotini

  • 2 Halved chicken breasts

  • 1 cup Dried bread crumbs

  • ¾ cup Grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 ½ tsp Dried oregano, crushed

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 clove Minced garlic

  • 1 med Onion

  • 1 Green pepper

Directions

oven temp-350 In a large sauce pan sauté garlic, onion, and green pepper till almost tender, add spaghetti sauce, drained diced tomatos, paste, and a couple bay leaves, simmer for 30-60 min. Cut chicken breast into ½” slices or chunks, in a shallow dish stir together the parmesan, oregano, and bread crumbs, in a second dish stir together 1 egg and 2 tbsp milk, dip chicken in liquid then coat with bread crumb mix, cook in hot oil until golden. Layer rotini, chicken and sauce in a baking dish top off with mozzarella and sauce place in oven for 30-45 min.
