Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 plain Hershey bars. Or 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Put butter, vanilla, salt and sugar into a large frying pan. Cook until light brown, stirring constantly, about 10-15 minutes. (Burns easily so watch). Pour into well-buttered pan. Lay chocolate chips or bars across the top. Spread as it melts. Cover with nuts. Pack well, cool. Break into pieces.
