Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 to 4 Jalapeno peppers (chopped very fine)
  • Sharp Cheese shredded 1 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour into well greased 13 X 9 X 2" pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice into squares.
