Egg Nog

Ingredients

  • 1 package (1.1 oz. or 4 servings) instant vanilla pudding mix.
  • 2 C. no-fat milk
  • 1/2 C. of no-fat cool whip, thawed
  • 1 tsp. rum or brandy extract ( I use 1 T. rum)
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix up the pudding mix and milk. Add cool whip and rum and nutmeg. Whisk until just combined. Spoon pudding into 4 dessert dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until set.
