Ingredients
- Thaw 2 lbs. frozen has brown potatoes.
- Add 1 can cream of chicken soup,
- 1/4 cup chopped (fine) onion,
- 1 cup sour cream,
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese,
- 1 stick melted butter.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix altogether. Bake 30 - 45 minutes at
325 degrees until potatoes are cooked.
