Blue cheese spread

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 tbsp. minced chives

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Serve on crackers or bread. Yield:1 1/3 cups
