Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb round steak
- 1 t salt….2 T onion….1/4 c flour….. ½ t Worchester Sauce
- 1 16-oz can tomatoes
- ½ c chopped celery
- ½ c. Carrots
- ¼ c chedders cheese

Step 1
Pound flour into meat, set aside rest of flour left. Brown meat in hot oil.
Put meat in a baking dish. Put all ingredients in a pot and cook to a boiling point except cheese. Pour over meat. COVER and bake at 350º for 2 hours or until tender. Top with cheese and return to over until melt cheese.
