Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb round steak

  • 1 t salt….2 T onion….1/4 c flour….. ½ t Worchester Sauce

  • 1 16-oz can tomatoes

  • ½ c chopped celery

  • ½ c. Carrots

  • ¼ c chedders cheese

Directions

Pound flour into meat, set aside rest of flour left. Brown meat in hot oil. Put meat in a baking dish. Put all ingredients in a pot and cook to a boiling point except cheese. Pour over meat. COVER and bake at 350º for 2 hours or until tender. Top with cheese and return to over until melt cheese.
