Salmon (or Tuna) Souffle

This was another recipe from my friend Hadassah Ziskin which she served at a Seder Meal in their home.

Ingredients
- 1 tall can salmon o9r 2 cans tuna
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cups sour cream
- 3/4 stick margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp grated onion
- 3-4 large eggs, separated.
Preparation
Step 1
Mash fish.
Mix all ingredients except egg whites. Beat the whites, then fold into other ingredients carefully.
Pour into greased 8" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool for a few minutes, then cut and serve.
