Ingredients

• 1 large onion
• 6 medium red potatoes
• 2 packages link sausage
• 10-12 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up link sausage into bite size pieces and brown.
Chop 1 onion and cut up potatoes into bite sizes piece and brown in skillet.
Add sausages back into skillet
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Cook until eggs are done.
