Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs separated
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 3/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk dry ingredients together. Separate eggs adding yolks to dry ingredients. Beat whites until stiff. Add milk and butter to dry ingredients and blend. Fold stiff egg whites into mixture. Cook.
