Ingredients
- 3-4 large baking potatoes
- 2 tbl. margarine
- 1/2 c. (approximately) milk
- salt, dry ranch dressing mix to taste

Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks. Boil in a heavy saucepan until tender but firm, about 15 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes in the saucepan. Add margarine and combine. Add milk and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Add dry ranch dressing mix and salt to taste.
Reheat the potatoes before serving.
