Ingredients
- Quick and easy:
- 1 large or 2 small ripe avocados
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- chili pepper
- garlic salt
- Restaurant style:
- 1 large or 2 small ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 sm. jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Peel, chop and mash avocados into a bowl.
Add other ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
