Prune Cake by Mrs. Sandhop

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2 jars baby food (Prune or Plum)
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 3 egs
• 1 heaping cup nuts
• 1 cup oil
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp nutmetg
• 2/3 cup orange juice
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 325° 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove and turn on wire rack for 10 minutes.

Topping:

Mix together and then pour over top of cake.
