Ingredients
- Salad greens
- Plum tomatoes, sliced crosswise
- Fresh basil, cut into ribbons
- Part-slim mozzarella, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange greens on salad plates. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices in attractive pattern over the greens.
Sprinkle basil evenly. Sprinkle lightly with extra virgin olive oil and pepper.
