  • 12 small red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a 13x9" baking dish, add all ingredients, tossing to coat potatoes. Bake covered at 425F for 25 minutes. Turn and bake again for 15 minutes without a cover.
