Ingredients

  • 1/4 t: onion powder
  • 1/2 T: salt
  • 1/4 t: pepper
  • 1 t: crushed oregano
  • 1 t: crushed basil
  • 2-3 t: sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
  • 28 oz can of puree
  • 18 oz can tomatoe paste

Preparation

Step 1

1. place crushed tomatoes in large pot over medium heat

2. add salt, pepper, sugar ogegano, basil and cinnamon. Stir.

3. add meat

4. cook 10-15 minutes

5. add paste and puree

6. cook over low heat minimum 1-1 1/2 hours
