Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- Frosting:
- 2/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
- Toppng:
- 1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon butter
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl; cream first three ingrdients. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Add milk, mix well. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool
Frosting:
In a mixing bowl, cream first three ingredients, gradually beat in enough milk to achieve spreading consistency. Frost cooled bars.
Topping:
Melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth; drizzle over frosted bars and refrigerate.
