Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pimiento-sstuffed olives
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 packages frozen mini phyllo shells

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first four ingredients. Remove shells from package and leave them in the tray. Spoon 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture into each shell.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove phyllo shells from tray and place on a baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated through. Serve immediately.

You may leave these in the tray and freeze for up to one month.
