Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 Cups mashed sweet Potatoes (cooked)
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 2 eggs (well beaten)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 Cup firmly packed brown sugar (light)
• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 2 1/2 Tbs melted butter
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combile potato, butter,vanilla, eggs and milk. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingreadients for topping mix well. Sprinkle potatoe mixture with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
