Ingredients
- 1 pkg. franks
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 or 4 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bacon into pieces and fry. Add ketchup, juice, chili powder, and water. Simmer for a few minutes. Score franks and drop into sauce then sprinkle pepper on top. Do not stir. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
