Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 4 TBSP butter
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cu flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 cu milk
  • 2 can cream style corn
  • 1 cu buttered crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sauce ingredients and cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Add corn.

Turn into greased 2 qt casserole. Top with buttered crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
