Ingredients
- 4 pieces Mahi Mahi
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. teriyaki
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 1 Tbs. butter over low heat. Add garlic and saute until tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, honey and sesame seeds.
Pour over fish and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat 1 Tbs. butter in pan over medium heat. Add fish and saute 4 to 5 minutes per side, basting with marinade.
Garnish with parsley.
This was good.... I made the full amount of marinade for 2 servings, and used 1 Tbs. honey, but the recipe called for only 1 tsp.
