Braised Onion Slices

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Tbsp of butter
- 1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp of Salt
- 8 thick slices of onion (almost 1/2" slices)
- 1/4 Tbsp of Parsley
- Thyme and Pepper to taste

Step 1
In a skillet, melt butter, Brown Sugar, and Salt over low heat until bubbling. Add onion slices in single layer. Cover and cook until soft (about 10 minutes). Turn onions and season with Thyme and Pepper. Continue to cook uncovered turning onions once until both sides are brown (5 minutes). Sprinkle with Parsley before serving.
