Lemon Bars

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 stick melted margarine
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. Lemon flavoring
• Mix these ingredients well and place in a greased jelly roll pan. Pat down with hands.

Preparation

Step 1

Then mix:
3 eggs well beaten
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
Pour this mixture over the first. Bake at 350 degrees for 34 – 40 minutes. Cut in squares and sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
