  • 6 med. potatoes
  • 3 Tbs flour
  • 1 1/2 c scalded milk
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cubed ham
  • 1/4 block of velveeta

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour and salt. Arrange 1/3 of potatoes in greased dish; sprinkle 1/3 of flour mixture on top along with 1/3 cheese and 1/3 ham and repeat 2 more layers. Pour scalded milk over layers and dot with butter. Bake at 375 for 45 min. covered, and 15-25 min. uncovered.
