Ingredients
- 1 lb. bean sprouts, fresh
- 3 tsp. crushed toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. minced green onion (incl. tops)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Half fill a 5 quart kettle with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add 1 pound bean sprouts and cook just until boil resumes. Drain sprouts.
Combine remaining ingredients, and mix with sprouts. Sprinkle with another tsp of sesame seeds and serve.
