Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns (or 1/2-1/3 costco sized bag
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cube margarine or butter, melted
  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Blend soup, sour cream, cheese,butter, and onion together. Fold in potatoes. Put in VERY buttered 9x13 dish, bake for 45 minutes.
