Ingredients
- 12 pieces butterfly pork chops ( center cut)
- 2 tsp salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp chili sauce PC
- 3 tbsp ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate pork chops (dried with paper towels) for at least 1/2 hr.Preheat oven 375* and put chops on rack on a cookie sheets. Cook for 20 minutes, brush with sauce and cook another 10 minutes or until cooked.
