Ingredients
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 2 12" square paraffin wax
Preparation
Step 1
Mix graham crackers crumbs, sugar, peanut butter and butter until dough forms. Roll dough into balls; size of a large gumball. Chill 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Melt chocolate chips and wax in a double boiler. Put toothpicks in balls and dip into chocolate. Place on a cookie sheet lined with either waxed paper or parchment paper and chill again till chocolate is set. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer for long periods.
