Thai Peanut Satay

Satay appetizer you can make with chicken, beef, or shrimp!

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • Chicken, beef, or shrimp
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. tobasco
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Make peanut sauce by mixing all ingredients together and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Reserve one cup for dipping sauce, and marinade sliced meat in remaining sauce (that is cooled).
