Ingredients

  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 pkg peanuts
  • (Either walnuts or coconut can be used instead of peanuts)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for about 3 minutes (1 ½-2).

Add 1 tsp vanilla.

Pour over 6 cups cornflakes and peanuts.

Mix well together and press into greased pan.
