Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of onions (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons of oit
- 1 cup of rice
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can of whole tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons of salt (or less)

Preparation
Step 1
Use a skillet and fry onion, stir in rice and green pepper, and then rest of ingredients. Add 2 cups of water, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
