- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tsp rum flavoring
- 1, 8 oz container of coolwhip

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake but use pineapple instead of water. Stir in coconut and rum. Bake. Frost with coolwhip.
